Biography
Hi, I’m Maya Johnson-Groves, co-owner and project manager with Groves Enterprise, I’m real estate agent, investor, and developer based in St. Louis, MO. My husband and I began our journey in 2019 by flipping homes using our own capital, and over the years we’ve grown into full-scale investors focused on revitalizing communities and building generational wealth through real estate. Today, we operate multiple real estate and construction entities and are currently developing our first ground-up single-family homes.
My experience spans acquisitions, rehabs, new construction, and transaction management across the St. Louis market. I specialize in value-add projects, development, and building systems that help others enter real estate—especially through financial literacy and investor readiness. I’m passionate about creating scalable models that combine real estate, education, and community impact.
Beyond business, my faith is the foundation of everything I build. I’m deeply committed to using real estate as a tool for stewardship, empowerment, and legacy—whether that’s mentoring new investors, serving through church outreach, or building opportunities for the next generation.
