Pumpkins, Costumes & Community: Fall Fun, Key-West Style!

Key-West Property Partners

Nearly 200 people, a parking lot full of costumes, and pumpkins waiting for their next coat of paint. What a time we had at our 3rd Annual Key-West Fall Festival!

Last Saturday, October 17, 2026, we welcomed the community to our office for a free afternoon of fall fun. The weather was fabulous, the children brought their creativity, and we had the pleasure of spending the day with the people who made it all worthwhile.

To everyone who came out, thank you. Looking through the photos has given us plenty of reasons to smile all over again.

Fall Fun on Howdershell Road

For the afternoon, our office parking lot became a gathering place for costumes, trunk-or-treat fun, pumpkin painting, and pictures worth keeping.

The children certainly understood the assignment. There were superheroes, princesses, storybook characters, and a Cat in the Hat with a striped hat you couldn’t miss. Decorated trunks added to the Halloween spirit, and treat bags became part of the outfit.

At the pumpkin-painting table, the pace was a little different. One of our favorite photos captures a child leaning toward a pumpkin, paintbrush in hand, completely focused on the next detail. With everything happening nearby, that little pumpkin had their full attention.

Those are the moments we’re glad someone captured.

The Little Moments Made the Day

A balloon sword held proudly for a photo. A bright pink bow. Children lined up in their costumes, each bringing a little personality to the picture.

An event recap can tell you when and where something happened. The photos help you remember how it felt to be there.

For us, this year’s festival was a chance to pause, enjoy the season, and spend time together. We hope everyone who joined us went home with a favorite memory, whether it was something they painted, a picture they took, or time spent with someone they love.

A Heartfelt Thank-You to the People Who Made it Happen

Putting on an event like this takes people who are willing to show up and help bring it to life. No one does it alone, and we’re grateful for the people who continue to show up for Key-West and our community.

First, a special thank-you to Leslie Steinlage Trice with Legacy Title & Escrow, LLC, David Specter with Choice Home Warranty, and Johnnie Smith with BPG Inspections. You’ve partnered with us since our very first Fall Festival. Thank you for helping us build this tradition and continuing to be part of it year after year. Your support means so much to us.

This year, we were excited to welcome Samson Young with LeaderOne and Dion Fields with MidFirst Bank. Thank you both for joining us and being part of our third annual celebration. We’re so glad to have you alongside us!

And to our neighbors, friends, and families who came out, thank you for spending your Saturday with us. Thank you for bringing the children, joining the activities, and giving us so many wonderful moments to look back on.

Why This Matters to Us

At Key-West Property Partners, we believe serving a community includes making time to be part of it.

Our work brings us into people’s lives during important decisions about home. An afternoon like this gives us another opportunity to connect: over a painted pumpkin, a creative costume, or a conversation outside the office.

We want to keep making room for those moments.

Being part of Florissant and the North County community means a great deal to us. Thank you for welcoming us into your lives and letting us share days like this with you.

Until Our Next Event

We’re leaving this year’s Fall Festival with a photo collection full of smiles and a lot of gratitude.

To our returning partners, our new partners, our team, and everyone who attended, thank you for being part of year three.

We’re so glad you came.
